We will not accept an assignment with a known conflict of interest or if its objectivity will be compromised by circumstances related to the assignment. We will promptly advise you if a conflict of interest or concern for objectivity arises during an assignment and, at you direction, we will resign, modify the assignment or proceed with the original assignment.

Unless otherwise directed by you, we will accept compensation relative to your assignment only from you; refusing or transferring to you compensation in any form offered by any other party.

SnapShot begins with a sampling audit, a review of a limited number of your company’s primary documents, including sales and marketing materials, client/supplier contracts, documented work processes and primary documents used to hire and fire employees. But reviewing these documents is much like looking at the top of an iceberg. Few small companies are effective at documenting their work and much (perhaps most) risk is never placed in writing. SnapShot includes a series of workplace interviews designed to spot the risks that no one sees.
