Three hour CEO presentation.
This is a working session designed specifically for CEOs and partners in small companies (companies with less than 500 employees). The intense session includes a mix of set presentation, risk-related exercises and a free-flowing Question & Answer period. Attendees are introduced to the cost effective and aggressive strategies of risk management.  They participate in exercises to determine the level of risk within their company and identify those risks which are the greatest threats.  They learn their specific roles in effective risk management, including how to select a risk manager from within their company and how to delegate risk management tasks.

One hour general presentation.
This presentation will interest CEOs, senior managers, and anyone seeking a brief, general overview  of practicing risk management within a small business (companies with less than 500 employees.   The set presentation focuses on the primary elements and benefits of risk management.  It will be of special interest to those interested in learning more about the position of risk manager. The presentation includes a 45-minute presentation and a 15-minute Question & Answer period.

Success at The Circuit
Brad Forsythe recently presented a strategic overview of risk management to members of The Circuit, an association of Ohio high tech companies.
